Game Plan
To tackle these challenges and achieve the client’s goals, here’s what we did:
- We first moved the website platform to Showit to allow for SEO optimization, increasing the chances for local clients to find them on Google.
- For the website redesign, we created a cleaner layout to showcase their professionalism, housing locations, perks and options, and information about their team and services.
- We also wanted to create separate pages for each home care location. This allows online viewers the chance to compare several photos, specs, services included, and even gives them a virtual tour.
Challenges
For their website redesign project, they had two major challenges:
- Their current website platform had limited SEO functionality. In order to optimize SEO and rank higher on Google searches, they needed a website platform and design to allow this.
- They also wanted to make sure their hard work maximizing SEO would pay off when users landed on their website. They wanted their website to provide a strong, positive first impression, create trust, and help viewers feel like they found the perfect solution for their family needs.

Harbor Care Homes is a senior living care provider that offers all-inclusive residences for our elderly loved ones in Orange County, CA. They provide living arrangements in small groups of 6 with a 3-to-1 resident-to-caregiver ratio, allowing residents to have supportive care while still maintaining familiar comforts and independence. Their top website goal was to maximize their SEO efforts and reach more of the local community.
