The Results
This is hands down one of my biggest transformations when you look at before and after photos. Their site is *chefs kiss* now. Let the results speak for themselves:
- Their website is incredibly user-friendly now and it is easy to navigate to the different courses and checkout. We also incorporated a beautiful mega-menu to help them with navigating the website.
- They have a cohesive, branded website that will help with brand recognition and credibility. Their new color scheme is the perfect set of colors to aid in the uplifting, encouraging messaging they are using moving forward.
- Website visitors are now able to see the people behind the brand due to the brand photography. This immediately helps build trust and credibility, and helps potential clients feel a connection with them. This is especially important in the industry this client works in.
- The main product they want to grow is an online membership. We incorporated an upsell to this membership on each individual course page to incentivize people to purchase.
Game Plan
Navigating these challenges required redesigning her website and focusing on these points:
- Messaging was the focus for this redesign. With guided messaging, the client targeted her ideal audience’s desires and pain points. This was curated for each specific course available, targeting the outcome and feelings that her ideal audience would experience from investing.
- To strengthen her branding and show personality, the client invested in new brand photos (which turned out amazing!)
Challenge
When Kopa Birth reached out, there were some main concerns about the existing website:
- Their courses received rave reviews from clients, but their website was not user friendly enough to successfully promote the courses
- Their website lacked branding and personality to help them stand out and align with ideal clients

They have worked with thousands of women through pregnancy and childbirth, with the goal of building confidence and empowerment through education. Their website is a huge opportunity to build trust with their ideal clients and demonstrate their expertise and professionalism.
