The Results
- The wine club membership page is now completely updated and designed for conversion. Users can clearly tell the perks between each tier and are now incentivized to move forward with the most popular package.
- The navigation is simple, but strategic. All of the services and events offered at The Vine EDH are now clearly viewable without being overwhelming or confusing.
- Consistent branding has been established throughout their website, giving them a unique angle to stand out and be memorable in the minds of their consumers.
Game Plan
To hit the client goals, we created a project plan:
- Since the existing website lacked branding, we started with establishing consistent branding to help them stand out amongst their competitors.
- To help users navigate through the website and find information easily, we created pages to showcase their wine and tapas menu, events, and wine club.
- Since their biggest goal was to increase wine club sign-ups, we strategically placed call-to-action buttons throughout their website and intentionally utilized their new brand colors to increase click-through-rates and conversions. We also adjusted the layout to showcase the differences between each membership tier, making it easier for user decision-making.
Challenge
After a change in ownership, Nicole and Sebastion were ready to liven the business location up.
- The current website didn’t give users the full picture of what The Vine EDH offers. For example, the wine club membership page was lacking a clear design to differentiate the member tiers and incentivize sign-ups (and this is a huge potential money-maker for their business!)
- Despite being one of the only wine bars in the area to offer a full tapas menu, this major benefit wasn’t featured on the website. Linking their full, extensive menu on the website would help people choose them instead of a competitor
- With the new ownership, it was desired to refresh the branding and spark interest and curiosity

The extensive wine list is any wine lover’s dream, and the addition of tasty tapas to share makes it the perfect spot to catch up with friends. But beyond the wine selection, the business has created a lively social scene with live music, game nights, and winemaker’s dinners.
