The Design Process
Prior to launching your website we will go through a refinement period where we look over your entire design, make sure there are no bugs or linking issues, and test on multiple devices to make sure the design looks seamless.

Before we start, I'll add you to my project dashboard (can I get a hell yes for Notion?). This is where you'll dump all your content, images, and videos. I'll also have you fill out my signature questionnaire so I understand *exactly* what your project needs.

The big day is here! We'll slide into my Zoom room for a chat where I'll go through any questions I still have before we talk website design.

Now for the fun part: I jump in feet-first and start designing your site. Before I design the whole site, I'll send you the homepage for approval so that I know we're on the same page (pun totally intended).

Additionally, every website platform we use offers a library of training videos to support you with any edits beyond what’s covered in your custom tutorial.
Bug Coverage Support: All of our website packages include 7 days of post-launch bug coverage, ensuring any issues that arise after launch are promptly addressed and resolved.
Monthly Maintenance Support: For clients who prefer ongoing assistance with managing their website and making updates, I offer flexible monthly maintenance plans to keep everything running smoothly.

I typically book projects 1-3 months in advance, depending on the time of year. Reaching out early is key to securing your spot and ensuring we can schedule your project to meet your desired launch date.
All content, branding, and media are required upfront, so the sooner you get in touch, the more time you'll have to upload everything into our project dashboard. This allows us to hit the ground running when your project begins.
Planning ahead is also beneficial if you'd like to take advantage of a payment plan, as it provides more time between payments, making the process smoother for you.
